What is a Disciple in mw3 zombies?

In MW3 Zombies, a Disciple is a highly mobile elite zombie that can steal your HP. They are fast and mobile forms of the undead that can life-steal your HP if you are too close to them. They spawn many zombies in higher-threat zones, such as Tier 2 and Tier 3 zones on the map. They can also be encountered by completing multiple Eliminate the Bounty Contracts or Infested Strongholds in Zombies. Disciples are considered elite enemies and can be difficult to remove especially the higher-tier ones. They are featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III in the Zombies mode.

Finding Disciples

Disciples roam around the city in MW3 Zombies and do not have a dedicated place on the map. To locate them, players can pick up “Eliminate the Bounty” contracts with the same icon as high-value target contracts from DMZ in COD Modern Warfare 2. These contracts will send players to the location of a Disciple enemy, although they may lead to a buffed-up version of the Disciple, making the fight more challenging.

Completing the Disciple Big Bounty contract in MW3 Zombies can be challenging, as these Disciples are more resilient than usual. Players must break the armor on the Disciple’s head with precise shots and consider using specific ammunition to deal with the zombie hordes. It’s also noted that prolonging a fight in the orange zone may cause the Disciple to warp out to an area in Threat Zone 1, potentially glitching out of the map and dying, thus completing the contract.
